Springbrook Swim and Dive Team

Join us for an exciting season with Springbrook's Swim and Dive Team, a dedicated high school program within Montgomery County Public Schools. Our focus is on developing essential skills, fostering healthy competition, and building a strong team community.

We practice every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM, starting November 19th, at the Martin Luther King Jr Recreational Center. Our swim meets take place on Saturdays. Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or new to the sport, we invite you to be part of our team!
